Whisky Dinner at Cucina Labia

Chef Monché Muller is “the culinary rock star” (Jane Mayne’s description) responsible for the kitchen at Cucina Labia. On 7 June, she will focus her flights of culinary fancy on a select range of peated whiskies presented by Bradley Jacobs.

Join us from 6.30pm for cocktails and canapés, paired with this delicious menu:

STARTER – Caol Ila 12yo
Baked, kataifi wrapped, cold smoked burrata, bacon & pear chutney, nutmeg & walnut streusel

MAIN – Lagavulin 16yo
Eland & date fagottini, truffled café au lait espuma, salt baked celeriac, pickled turnip

DESSERT – Talisker 10yo
Hazelnut dacquoise, praline buttercream, Guanja 70% ganache, burnt marshmallow
